Challenge Period: 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 27, 2026 through 11:59:59 PM local time on September 16, 2026 (the “Challenge Period”). The Challenge consists of twenty-one (21) consecutive numbered Days: Day 1 is August 27, 2026 and Day 21 is September 16, 2026. Each Day runs by the entrant’s local calendar day as described in Section 4(a). An Early Access Day on August 26, 2026 lets anyone who installs the Linkme app that day set up and submit a Contest entry early; it is not a Challenge Day and earns no Sweepstakes entries (Section 4(a)).
THE #ALLIN CHALLENGE CONSISTS OF TWO SEPARATE PROMOTIONS: (1) THE “ASHTON’S PICK CONTEST” (THE “CONTEST”), A CONTEST OF SKILL THAT REQUIRES A PAID LINKME SUBSCRIPTION TO ENTER AND INVOLVES NO ELEMENT OF CHANCE; AND (2) THE “RANDOM DRAW SWEEPSTAKES” (THE “SWEEPSTAKES”), IN WHICH THE WINNER IS SELECTED AT RANDOM. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THE SWEEPSTAKES. SEE SECTION 4 FOR THE FREE METHOD OF ENTRY.
CONTEST: Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota and Vermont, and to legal residents of the Contest Countries listed in Section 2(b), who are 18 years of age or older. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, the excluded states, U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
SWEEPSTAKES: Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida and New York, and to legal residents of the International Sweepstakes Countries listed in Section 2(c), who are 18 years of age or older. Void in Florida, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions, in any country not listed in Section 2(c), and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Neither promotion is in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Entrants are providing their information to Sponsor, not to any of those platforms, and any questions, comments, or complaints should be directed to Sponsor, not to the platforms. Violation of these Official Rules or of any platform’s own terms of use may result in disqualification and immediate termination of all privileges, including winner status if applicable.
1. Who Can Enter What
| If you are a legal resident of… | Ashton’s Pick Contest (paid, judged) | Random Draw Sweepstakes (free entry available, random) |
|---|---|---|
| Any of the 48 contiguous states or the District of Columbia not listed below | Yes | Yes (subscription entries or free daily email) |
| Florida or New York | Yes | No. Sponsor has not registered the Sweepstakes in these states. |
| Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota or Vermont | No. | Yes (subscription entries or free daily email) |
| Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any U.S. territory or possession | No | No |
| A Contest Country listed in Section 2(b) that is also an International Sweepstakes Country | Yes | Yes (subscription entries or free daily email) |
| A Contest Country listed in Section 2(b) that is not an International Sweepstakes Country | Yes | No |
| An International Sweepstakes Country listed in Section 2(c) that is not a Contest Country (including India) | No | Yes (free daily email) |
| Any other country (including every country in Africa, Latin America and China) | No | No |
Each promotion is separate. Entering one does not require entering the other, and eligibility for one does not create eligibility for the other.
2. Eligibility
(a) Age, identity and account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if higher) at the time of entry, be able to present a valid driver’s license, passport or other government-issued photo ID confirming your identity and age, and, for any entry made through the Linkme platform, hold a Linkme account registered with accurate information. You must be physically located in an eligible jurisdiction at the time of entry.
(b) Contest eligibility. The Contest is open to legal residents of (i) the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota and Vermont; and (ii) the following countries (the “Contest Countries”): Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates (Free Zone residents only) and the United Kingdom. Residents of any other country or territory are not eligible for the Contest.
(c) Sweepstakes eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of (i) the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida and New York; and (ii) the following countries (the “International Sweepstakes Countries”): Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Residents of Florida and New York may enter the Contest but may not enter the Sweepstakes, because Sponsor has not registered the Sweepstakes in those states. Residents of any country not listed in this Section 2(c), including every country in Africa, may not enter the Sweepstakes. Residents of Canada must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner.
(d) Excluded persons. The following individuals may not participate in either promotion: employees, officers, and directors of Me Global App Inc. d/b/a LinkMe (“Sponsor”), Ashton Hall and his management/production team, and each member of the judging panel named in Section 7 and their management teams, together with each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, distributors, printers, and advertising or promotional agencies. This restriction also extends to each of those individuals’ immediate family (spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings, including step- and in-law relationships) and to anyone else living in their household, whether or not related by blood or marriage.
(e) Conduct. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant, at its sole discretion, whose conduct on Linkme, the Community Hub (if applicable), or any social media platform is unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, racially inflammatory, obscene, abusive, malicious, or otherwise harmful or objectionable.
3. How to Enter the Contest (Ashton’s Pick)
A paid Linkme subscription is required to enter the Contest. To submit a valid Contest entry during the Challenge Period, a creator must:
- Hold an active paid Linkme Pro or Linkme+ subscription (see Appendix B). A subscription that is within its $0 introductory period does not qualify until the first subscription payment is made.
- Create one video (or a linked series of videos) responding to the Challenge prompts in Section 5.
- Post the video via the Linkme “post to all” feature, so the submission is tracked and appears on the Challenge leaderboard.
- Tag #ALLIN, @LinkMe and @AshtonHall in the post caption using the handles listed in Section 4(c) for each platform.
- Nominate three (3) other creators to take the Challenge, tagging each nominee by name in the post caption.
Submission limits. Linkme Pro subscribers may submit up to three (3) separate videos, each of which is judged separately. Linkme+ subscribers may submit one (1) video. Additional submissions beyond these limits will not be judged. Regardless of the number of submissions, a person may win only one prize (see Section 9).
Nominations. Nominating and tagging another creator does not obligate that person to participate. A nominee who does not want to be tagged or associated with the Challenge may request removal by asking the entrant who tagged them to edit or delete the tag, or by contacting Sponsor directly at challenge@link.me where the entrant does not do so.
Tracking. Entries not posted through Linkme’s “post to all” feature will not be tracked, will not appear on the leaderboard, and will not be considered valid Contest submissions.
Subscription terms. The Linkme subscription is a purchase of the Linkme product and its features; the Contest is a skill-based activity made available to subscribers. Subscription prices, introductory periods, renewal terms and cancellation instructions are set out in Appendix B and are displayed at checkout; the price displayed at checkout controls. Weekly and monthly subscriptions purchased through the App Store or link.me include an introductory price of $0 for 7 days and then auto-renew at the applicable price for each billing period until cancelled; yearly subscriptions purchased through the App Store or link.me have no introductory offer; Google Play subscriptions include an introductory price of $0 for 7 days for every billing period. A subscription that is within its $0 introductory period is not an active paid subscription for purposes of these Official Rules; eligibility to enter the Contest, and to earn Sweepstakes entries under Route 1, begins when the first subscription payment is made. Cancelling auto-renewal does not affect a Contest entry already submitted. A subscription that is refunded or charged back voids the associated Contest entry.
Invitation codes. Sponsor may, at its discretion, issue a limited number of invitation codes that waive the subscription fee for specific invited creators. Invitees are subject to all other requirements of these Official Rules.
No element of chance. Contest winner selection involves no element of chance. Entries are evaluated exclusively against the judging criteria in Section 7, applied consistently to all entrants. Purchasing a subscription is required to enter but does not affect how any entry is scored.
4. How to Enter the Sweepstakes (Random Draw)
NO PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes entries are earned by making Qualifying Posts during the Challenge, through two quests, and by referring other people, as described below. Qualifying Posts also enter you into that Day’s Daily Prize drawing (Section 8). Every entrant, whichever route they use, earns entries on the same terms as a Linkme Pro subscriber and is subject to the same maximums.
(a) Days and Early Access. The Challenge consists of twenty-one (21) consecutive numbered Days. Day 1 is August 27, 2026 and Day 21 is September 16, 2026. For each entrant, a Day begins and ends at midnight local time in the entrant’s place of residence (for Route 1 entrants, the time zone associated with the entrant’s Linkme account; for Route 2 entrants, the time zone of the residence address they provide). Day 1 begins at 12:00:00 PM ET on August 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM local time on August 27, 2026. Days 6 and 13 are “Double Down” Days and Day 20 is the “Triple Down” Day.
Early Access Day. Anyone who installs or opens the Linkme app on August 26, 2026 (the “Early Access Day,” beginning at 12:00:00 PM ET) may get started one day early: create or complete a Linkme account, subscribe, connect platforms, and, for Contest entrants, create and submit the Contest video under Section 3. A Contest video posted through “post to all” on the Early Access Day is a valid Contest submission. The Early Access Day is not a Challenge Day: posts made on August 26 do not earn Sweepstakes entries, do not start or advance a streak, and do not enter any Daily Prize Pool. Streaks and Sweepstakes entries begin on Day 1 (August 27, 2026). The Linkme app is free to install, so the Early Access Day is available to subscribers and free entrants alike.
(b) Qualifying Post. A “Qualifying Post” is one video, created by you, published publicly and successfully to at least two (2) different platforms listed in the table below during a Day of the Challenge Period, where the caption of each post contains #allin (in any combination of upper- and lower-case letters) and the other tags required for that platform. A post is credited to the Day on which it was published, based on the platform’s timestamp. Posts must remain public and unedited as to the required tags through the completion of winner verification. A post that fails to publish, is deleted or made private, omits a required tag, was published outside the Challenge Period, or violates Section 2(e) or a platform’s terms is not a Qualifying Post.
(c) Required tags by platform.
| Platform | Required tags in the caption |
|---|---|
| TikTok | #allin @joinlinkme @ashtonhallofficial |
| #allin @linkme @ashtonhall | |
| YouTube | #allin @linkme @ashtonhallofficial |
| X (Twitter) | #allin @linkme @AshtonHallofc |
| #allin @LinkMeMobile @ashtonhallofficial | |
| Threads | #allin @linkme @ashtonhall |
| #allin, the link https://link.me/, and the words “with Ashton Hall!” |
(d) Posting slots and streaks. Each Day has one posting slot, except that each Double Down Day has two slots and the Triple Down Day has three. Each on-time Qualifying Post made in an available slot advances your “streak” by one; the streak counts Qualifying Posts, not Days. Unused extra slots on a Double Down or Triple Down Day expire at the end of that Day and cannot be recovered. A perfect 21-Day schedule contains twenty-five (25) streak-advancing posts.
(e) Entries for posts. Each on-time Qualifying Post earns entries equal to your Base Rate multiplied by the streak count that post reaches: the first post in a streak earns 1 × Base Rate, the second 2 × Base Rate, the tenth 10 × Base Rate, and so on. Base Rates are: Linkme Pro subscribers, 100 entries; Linkme+ subscribers, 10 entries; free entrants under Route 2, 100 entries (the Linkme Pro rate). A perfect schedule earns 325 × Base Rate: 32,500 posting entries for Linkme Pro subscribers and free entrants, and 3,250 for Linkme+ subscribers. Appendix A shows the Day-by-Day schedule.
(f) What breaks a streak. Your streak breaks when a Day ends with no on-time Qualifying Post from you for that Day. Not yet having posted during a Day that is still open is not a break. On a Double Down or Triple Down Day, one Qualifying Post keeps the streak alive; missing an extra slot does not break it. Missing every slot on a Day resets the streak to zero, and your next on-time Qualifying Post restarts at 1 ×. A subscription lapse, a plan change, or withdrawal from the Challenge does not pause the calendar; a Day missed during such a period still breaks the streak. Quest entries and referral entries neither advance nor preserve a streak.
(g) Makeup posts. The ordinary (single-slot) post for a Day you missed may be made up by one additional Qualifying Post on a later Day of the Challenge Period that you designate as a makeup for the missed Day (for Route 1, in the Linkme app; for Route 2, by identifying the missed Day in your email). Expired Double Down or Triple Down extra slots cannot be made up. A makeup post earns your Base Rate multiplied by the greater of your current streak count and one; it never advances, restores, or back-builds a streak. Limit one makeup per missed Day.
(h) Quests. A subscriber earns 100 fixed entries for completing the Day 1 profile-completion quest and 100 fixed entries for completing the Day 3 “add link.me to two social bios” quest, each as described in the Linkme app. The quests are available only to subscribers; Route 2 entrants are therefore credited both quest awards (200 entries) automatically with their first valid email, without completing the quests. Quest entries do not affect streaks.
(i) Referrals. Each Qualified Referral earns 100 entries for a Linkme Pro subscriber or a free entrant and 10 entries for a Linkme+ subscriber. A “Qualified Referral” is a person who did not previously hold a Linkme account and who creates a Linkme account during the Challenge Period using your personal referral link or code. Each referred person can qualify only once, self-referrals do not count, and duplicate or fraudulent referrals may be rejected. Referrals must be genuine and must not be solicited through spam or in violation of any law or platform terms. There is no limit on the number of Qualified Referrals. Referral entries do not affect streaks. Route 2 entrants obtain a referral link by creating a free Linkme account (no subscription required) and must provide their Linkme username in their emails so that referral entries can be credited.
(j) Plan changes. Entries already earned are not recalculated. Posts made after an upgrade or downgrade earn the Base Rate of the plan active on the Day of the post, and a plan change does not reset the streak.
(k) Route 1 — Subscription entries (automatic). An eligible entrant who holds an active paid Linkme Pro or Linkme+ subscription and makes Qualifying Posts using the Linkme “post to all” feature is credited automatically. A subscription that is within its $0 introductory period is not an active paid subscription and earns no entries until the first subscription payment is made. For the Challenge, the “post to all” feature requires each post to be published to at least two platforms with the required tags for each platform, so subscribers and free entrants perform the same task. Limit one subscription account per person. A subscription that is refunded or charged back voids the entries associated with it. Cancelling auto-renewal does not void entries already earned. A paid subscriber may not also use Route 2 to earn entries for the same Days.
(l) Route 2 — Free daily email entry (all Sweepstakes-eligible residents, including U.S. residents; no purchase necessary). Any entrant eligible under Section 2(c), including a U.S. resident, may earn entries without a subscription by making Qualifying Posts on their own social media accounts and emailing them to Sponsor each Day. For each Day, send one email to challenge@link.me with the subject line “#ALLIN Daily Entry” containing (i) your full name, country and city of residence, date of birth and phone number; (ii) your handles on each platform you posted to and, if you have one, your Linkme username; (iii) the Day number and the URLs of every Qualifying Post you made that Day on at least two platforms, including extra posts on Double Down and Triple Down Days and any makeup post with the Day it makes up. The email for a Day must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on the calendar day after that Day (the final emails, for Day 21, must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on September 17, 2026). One email per person per Day; a single email may list all posts made that Day, and duplicate emails for the same Day are disregarded. Sponsor will verify each post against Section 4(b) and credit every qualifying post at the Linkme Pro Base Rate, applying Sections 4(d) through 4(j) exactly as they apply to a Linkme Pro subscriber. Email entrants are credited the quest entries in Section 4(h) automatically with their first valid email, and each on-time email enters the entrant in the Daily Prize Pool for that Day (Section 8). An email entrant who wishes to be considered for the Best Linkme Profile Daily Prize must hold a Linkme account (a free account is sufficient) and include their Linkme username. Emails that are incomplete, that list posts missing a required tag, or that arrive late do not earn entries for that Day and do not enter the Daily Prize pool for that Day. Sponsor is not responsible for emails that are lost, delayed, filtered or undeliverable. No Linkme account or subscription is required to enter by email.
(m) Maximums and parity. Posting entries (including makeup posts) cannot exceed 32,500 per person (3,250 for a Linkme+ subscriber). Quest entries cannot exceed 200 per person. Referral entries are not capped, so there is no overall maximum number of Sweepstakes entries per person. For every source of entries, the entries available to a free entrant are equal to or greater than the entries available to a Linkme Pro subscriber. A purchase or subscription does not increase your chances of winning.
(n) General. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means, and posts that use purchased or artificial engagement, are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. Posts made to earn Sweepstakes entries are endorsements made in exchange for a chance to win a prize; entrants must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides and the equivalent rules in their country, including any required disclosure of that incentive.
5. Challenge Prompts
A valid Contest submission must address the following in the creator’s own words and format:
- Prompt 1: What’s the craziest thing you’ve done to chase your dream of being a creator?
- Prompt 2: Why should Ashton go ALL IN on you? What’s your system for staying consistent?
- Prompt 3: How did someone in your life support your dream, and how could we support kids who dream of becoming creators but can’t afford the tools to start?
Creators may respond in any content format (talking head, faceless, vlog, etc.) and are encouraged to make the format itself engaging.
6. Compliance & Required Disclosures
- Every Contest submission post and every Qualifying Post must include the tags required for its platform in Section 4(c).
- Any paid or gifted deliverable (including Ashton Hall’s own posts and any compensated creator posts) must include the FTC-required disclosure #LinkMePartner, or another disclosure that meets FTC endorsement guidance, placed so it is clear and conspicuous and not buried among other hashtags. Posts directed at audiences outside the United States must use the disclosure label required in that market (for example, “#ad” or “#sponsored” in the United Kingdom, Australia and the European Union, and an ASCI-permitted label such as “#ad” or “#collab” in India).
- Sponsor’s advertising for the Sweepstakes will state that no purchase is necessary and will identify where the free methods of entry can be found.
7. Contest Judging & Leaderboard
Leaderboard. All valid Contest submissions appear on a public leaderboard for display and audience engagement purposes. Public leaderboard metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) are displayed for entertainment purposes only, are not a judging criterion, and do not affect winner selection.
Judging panel. Entries are judged by a panel of three (3): Ashton Hall (Head Judge; creator and Talent Partner for the Challenge), Net Kohen (Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Sponsor), and Sommer Ray (creator and Linkme partner). The panel and the weights below are fixed before any entry is scored. Sponsor may substitute a panel member of comparable qualifications if a member becomes unavailable.
Criteria. Each valid submission is scored by each panel member on a scale of 1 to 10 for each criterion, and the scores are weighted as follows:
- 40% — Storytelling quality and clarity in addressing the Challenge prompts
- 25% — Originality and creativity of content format
- 20% — Production effort and presentation
- 15% — Adherence to Challenge instructions (prompts addressed, nominations made, required tags included)
The entry with the highest average weighted score is the Contest winner. Entries from all eligible jurisdictions are judged together in a single pool.
Tiebreakers. In the event of a tie, the tied entry with the higher Storytelling score wins; if still tied, the higher Originality score; if still tied, the higher Production score; if still tied, the panel will re-score the tied entries against the same criteria until the tie is broken.
Winner selection. The highest-scoring entry will be selected as the Contest winner on or about September 29, 2026. Sponsor’s judging decisions are final. Judges will score each valid entry using a documented scoring rubric maintained by Sponsor.
8. Sweepstakes Drawing
On or about September 29, 2026, Sponsor (or an independent administrator designated by Sponsor) will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible Sweepstakes entries earned during the Challenge Period, together with alternate selections in the order drawn. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries earned by all entrants. Ashton Hall has no role in the Sweepstakes drawing. A potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, administered by email, before being declared a winner.
Daily Prizes. On the Days set out in the Daily Prize Schedule in Section 9, Sponsor will award the Daily Prizes listed there. For each Daily Prize Day, the “Daily Prize Pool” consists of every eligible entrant credited with a Qualifying Post for that Day (Route 1 subscribers automatically; Route 2 entrants whose email for that Day was received on time). Random Daily Prizes are awarded by random drawing from the Daily Prize Pool on or about two (2) days after the Day to which they relate; odds depend on the number of entrants in that Day’s pool. The Livestream Prize is drawn from the Day 6 Daily Prize Pool during a livestream on Day 8 (September 3, 2026) as described in Section 9; watching the livestream is not required to enter or win. The Best Linkme Profile prize is a skill award: Sponsor’s judges select, from the Daily Prize Pool for that Day, the entrant whose Linkme profile scores highest on the Best Linkme Profile criteria in the scoring rubric maintained by Sponsor (profile completeness, visual quality, clarity of links and bio, and use of Linkme features), with no element of chance; ties are broken by the higher completeness score, then by re-scoring. A makeup post does not enter you in the pool for the Day it makes up. Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person during the Challenge Period. Daily Prize winners remain eligible for the Sweepstakes Prize and the Contest Grand Prize. A one-year Linkme Pro subscription awarded as a prize is applied to the winner’s Linkme account; if the winner already has a paid subscription, it is applied as a twelve-month extension or credit.
One prize per person (Grand Prize and Sweepstakes Prize). A person may win only one of the Contest Grand Prize and the Sweepstakes Prize. If the entrant selected in the Sweepstakes drawing has already been selected as the Contest winner (or is in the same household), that selection will be disregarded and an alternate will be selected.
9. Prizes
| Prize | Details | Approximate Retail Value (ARV) |
|---|---|---|
| Contest Grand Prize (Ashton’s Pick) — one (1) winner | (i) $10,000 USD cash; (ii) the “Mystery Box,” consisting of one Apple iPhone 17 Pro (ARV $1,099), one Apple MacBook Neo (ARV $699), one pair of Apple AirPods Pro (ARV $249), one DJI Osmo Pocket 3 (ARV $499) and four (4) Linkme hats (ARV $20); and (iii) Growth Support, consisting of one (1) shoutout featuring the winner posted to the story of the official Linkme Instagram account (@linkme) within thirty (30) days after winner verification | $10,000 cash + Mystery Box $2,566 + shoutout (no separate retail value) = $12,566 |
| Sweepstakes Prize (Random Draw) — one (1) winner | $10,000 USD cash | $10,000 |
| Daily Prizes (see Daily Prize Schedule below) | Five prizes awarded during the Challenge Period from the Daily Prize Pools for Days 4, 6, 10, 14 and 16, as described in Section 8 | Total $10,168 |
Daily Prize Schedule. Each Daily Prize is awarded once, from the Daily Prize Pool for the Day indicated.
| Daily Prize | How the winner is selected | Daily Prize Pool used and award date | ARV |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best Linkme Profile: $1,000 USD cash | Judged (Section 8) | Day 4 pool (August 30, 2026); winner selected on or about September 1, 2026 | $1,000 |
| Livestream Prize: $5,000 USD cash plus one (1) year of Linkme Pro | Random drawing from the Daily Prize Pool, conducted live during a livestream (see Daily Prize terms) | Day 6 pool (September 1, 2026, a Double Down Day); drawn live on Day 8 (September 3, 2026) | $5,200 |
| Linkme Pro Ten: ten (10) winners of one (1) year of Linkme Pro each | Random drawing from the Daily Prize Pool | Day 10 pool (September 5, 2026); drawn on or about September 7, 2026 | $200 each; $2,000 total |
| Coaching Session: one (1) one-on-one coaching session with Ashton Hall by video call (see Daily Prize terms) | Random drawing from the Daily Prize Pool | Day 14 pool (September 9, 2026); drawn on or about September 11, 2026 | $1,000 |
| Creator Pack: one Apple iPhone 17 plus one DJI Mic 3 wireless microphone (1 TX + 1 RX) | Random drawing from the Daily Prize Pool | Day 16 pool (September 11, 2026); drawn on or about September 13, 2026 | $968 (iPhone 17 $799; DJI Mic 3 $169) |
Total ARV of all prizes: $32,734 (Contest Grand Prize $12,566; Sweepstakes Prize $10,000; Daily Prizes $10,168).
Daily Prize terms. The Livestream Prize drawing is conducted, and the winner announced, during a livestream hosted by Sponsor and/or Ashton Hall on Day 8 (September 3, 2026). Because a Day’s Daily Prize Pool closes only at the Route 2 email deadline on the following day, the Livestream Prize is drawn from the Day 6 Daily Prize Pool (September 1, 2026), the most recent pool that is complete before the livestream. You do not need to watch, attend or interact with the livestream to enter or win, and the winner will also be notified as set out in Section 10. The Coaching Session is a private one-on-one video call with Ashton Hall of approximately fifteen (15) minutes, conducted in English on a video platform chosen by Sponsor, at a date and time agreed between the winner and Sponsor within ninety (90) days after the end of the Challenge Period, subject to Ashton Hall’s availability. The Coaching Session is personal to the winner and may not be transferred or resold. If Ashton Hall is unable to conduct the Coaching Session for any reason, Sponsor will pay the winner $1,000 USD cash in its place; no other cash redemption is available. Sponsor may record the Coaching Session; any promotional use of the recording is subject to the winner’s consent. A one-year Linkme Pro subscription awarded as a Daily Prize is applied as described in Section 8.
Payment and delivery. Cash prizes are paid in U.S. dollars by check or electronic transfer within sixty (60) days after the winner is verified and all required documents are received; a winner outside the United States is responsible for any fees charged by their own bank and for currency conversion. The Mystery Box and the Creator Pack will be shipped at Sponsor’s expense to a U.S. address within sixty (60) days after winner verification; for a winner outside the United States, Sponsor will ship the item(s) to the winner’s address, and any import duties or taxes are the winner’s responsibility, or Sponsor may substitute a cash equivalent at its discretion. Storage capacity, color and configuration of each Mystery Box and Creator Pack item are at Sponsor’s discretion. The Growth Support shoutout is produced and posted by Sponsor, in the form and at the time Sponsor determines, and has no cash value. No other substitution, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize or prize item of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.
Taxes. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor will issue tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099) to U.S. winners as required by law. For a winner who is not a U.S. person, the cash prize is paid net of any withholding required under U.S. law (currently 30% unless reduced by treaty) and any withholding required under the law of the winner’s country of residence, and Sponsor will report the payment on IRS Form 1042-S; the winner is also responsible for any further tax due in their country of residence. Information Sponsor provides in connection with this Challenge is not tax, legal, or financial advice, and entrants are encouraged to consult their own professional advisors.
10. Winner Notification & Claiming a Prize
Sponsor will notify potential winners by email, sent to the address associated with their Linkme account or, for free entrants, the address the daily emails were sent from. Sponsor will make two notification attempts; if a potential winner fails to respond within 48 hours of the second attempt, they may be disqualified and, for the Sweepstakes, an alternate may be selected. Winners must then complete any required forms (affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release where lawful, and tax documentation) within the time stated in the notification to claim the prize, or forfeit it with no substitution.
Claiming a prize requires a winner to provide government-issued photo ID and tax documentation: for U.S. persons, IRS Form W-9 including a Social Security number or taxpayer identification number; for a winner who is not a U.S. person, IRS Form W-8BEN and any tax identification required in their country of residence. Sponsor collects, uses, and stores this information solely for prize verification and tax reporting purposes, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://about.link.me/privacypolicy. Entrants outside the United States acknowledge that their information, including the contents of Route 2 emails, is transferred to and processed in the United States. Winners should direct any questions about how this information is handled to challenge@link.me or to the contact identified in the Privacy Policy.
11. General Conditions
Submitting an entry means you accept these Official Rules in full, along with any decision Sponsor makes about how the Contest or Sweepstakes is run; those decisions are final. An entry can be pulled at Sponsor’s discretion if it breaks these rules, Linkme’s community standards, or the terms of the platform it was posted to (TikTok, Instagram, or otherwise). The Contest and the Sweepstakes are independent promotions; if any provision applicable to one is held invalid, the other continues unaffected.
By publishing any video, caption, or other content in connection with the Challenge, including Daily Posts, you represent that you have the right to grant, and you do grant, Sponsor and Ashton Hall a paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display that content (in whole or in part) in any medium now known or later developed, for any purpose, without additional compensation to you, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is under no obligation to treat your content as confidential, and Sponsor will not be liable to you for any similarity between your content and any future Linkme product, feature, or promotional material.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize each winner grants Sponsor and Ashton Hall the right to use the winner’s name, Linkme username, likeness, voice, city and country of residence, and statements about the Challenge, including the announcement of the winner during any livestream and on the winners list, for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notice or approval.
If something like a security incident, a bug, or another unforeseen problem puts the fairness or reliability of the Contest or Sweepstakes at risk, Sponsor may pause, change, or end the affected promotion early, and in that case prizes may still be awarded based on the valid entries already on record.
12. Liability Release
Entrants agree to release Sponsor, Ashton Hall, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from claims relating to participation in the Contest or Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law; Arbitration Agreement
Florida law controls how these Official Rules, the Contest and the Sweepstakes are interpreted, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the Federal Arbitration Act applies where relevant. If you reside outside the United States, nothing in these Official Rules limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
READ THIS SECTION CLOSELY — IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH SPONSOR THROUGH ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, AND IT LIMITS HOW YOU CAN PURSUE A CLAIM. IF YOU RESIDE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER BELOW APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAW OF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE; RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM, THE EUROPEAN UNION, THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA AND INDIA MAY BRING CLAIMS IN THE COURTS OR CONSUMER FORUMS OF THEIR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE.
- Arbitration commitment: Other than a dispute small enough to qualify for small claims court, you and Sponsor both agree to resolve any disagreement connected to the Contest, the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or a prize through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, not through a lawsuit. The one exception: either side can still go to court to stop misuse of intellectual property, and either side can still bring issues to a federal, state, or local government agency.
- No class actions, no jury: Both you and Sponsor give up the right to a jury trial, and any arbitration or allowed court case must be brought individually, not as part of a class, group, or representative action, and an arbitrator cannot combine claims from more than one person.
- Before filing for arbitration: Try resolving things informally first by emailing Sponsor at challenge@link.me. If that doesn’t work, whoever wants to arbitrate must send the other party a written Notice of Dispute by certified mail, describing the claim and the relief sought. Sponsor’s Notice address is 361 E Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441-3539. Either side can start arbitration if the dispute isn’t resolved within 60 days of that notice.
- Where it happens: Arbitration takes place in Florida (or elsewhere if both sides agree, or remotely), following AAA’s rules and procedures, including its Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes.
- Who pays: If your claim seeks $75,000 or less, Sponsor will pay all arbitration filing, administration, and arbitrator fees if you ask, and will pay your reasonable attorneys’ fees if you win; Sponsor will not seek its own attorneys’ fees from you in that scenario. If your claim seeks more than $75,000, fees follow AAA’s standard rules, though Sponsor will still cover your share if you can show financial hardship or that arbitration costs would exceed what litigation would have cost.
- Confidentiality: The arbitration proceeding itself, and any decision or award, stays confidential between the parties.
- Your right to opt out: You can decline this entire arbitration requirement by notifying Sponsor in writing within 30 days of when you first agreed to these Official Rules. Everything else in these rules still applies even if you opt out.
- Cap on damages: Sponsor’s liability for any Challenge-related claim is capped at whatever you actually spent out of pocket to participate, to the extent the law allows this. You’re giving up any claim to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
- If part of this doesn’t hold up: Should a court or arbitrator strike down any piece of this arbitration section, the rest stays in effect, except that if the no-class-action provision itself is struck down for a given claim, only that specific claim moves to court instead of arbitration.
- If Sponsor changes these arbitration terms later: Sponsor will let you know, and you can reject the change by notifying Sponsor in writing within 30 days, in which case the version of this arbitration agreement you originally agreed to still governs.
14. Winners List
The name, city, and state or country of each winner will be posted at https://link.me/allin/winners within thirty (30) days after the winners are confirmed. You may also request the winners list by emailing challenge@link.me with the subject line “Ashton Hall X LinkMe #ALLIN Challenge Winners List,” or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope so marked to Sponsor at the address below. Requests must be received no later than 90 days after the end of the Challenge Period.
15. Sponsor
Sponsor: Me Global App Inc. d/b/a LinkMe, 361 E Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441-3539. Questions: challenge@link.me.
Talent Partner: Ashton Hall is a promotional partner for this Challenge and serves as Head Judge of the Contest. He has no role in the Sweepstakes drawing. All decisions regarding entries, judging, drawings, and prize awards are made solely by Sponsor.
Appendix A — Sweepstakes Entry Schedule
Each on-time Qualifying Post earns Base Rate × the streak count it reaches (Section 4(e)). The table shows a perfect, unbroken 21-Day schedule: one slot on ordinary Days, two slots on Days 6 and 13 (Double Down) and three slots on Day 20 (Triple Down), with every scheduled post completed on time and no plan change. “Multiplier(s)” is the streak count at which each post that Day is paid. Free entrants (Route 2) earn the Linkme Pro column. Posts made on the Early Access Day (August 26) do not appear in this schedule and earn no entries. Daily Prizes are drawn from the pools for Days 4, 6, 10, 14 and 16 (Section 9); the Day 6 pool feeds the Livestream Prize drawn live on Day 8.
| Day | Slots | Multiplier(s) | Linkme+ that Day | Linkme+ cumulative | Linkme Pro / free entrant that Day | Linkme Pro / free entrant cumulative |

| 21 | 1 | 25× | 250 | 3,250 | 2,500 | 32,500 |
The perfect schedule contains 25 streak-advancing posts and therefore pays 1 + 2 + … + 25 = 325 × Base Rate. These are posting-only totals; quest entries (200) and referral entries (uncapped) are additional, as set out in Sections 4(h), 4(i) and 4(m).
Appendix B — Subscription Terms
Subscription families. Linkme offers two paid subscription families: Linkme+ and Linkme Pro. Each is available with weekly, monthly or yearly billing.
Price displayed at checkout controls. Prices vary by region and by the store through which you subscribe. You are charged the localized price displayed at checkout when local-currency pricing is available; otherwise you are charged in U.S. dollars. The prices below are U.S.-dollar base prices.

Every weekly and monthly subscription includes an introductory price of $0 for 7 days (one complete weekly billing cycle for weekly plans), after which the subscription automatically renews at the listed price for each billing period until cancelled. Yearly subscriptions purchased through the App Store or link.me have no introductory offer and renew yearly at the listed price.

Every Google Play subscription, including yearly, includes an introductory price of $0 for 7 days and then automatically renews for the selected billing period at the price displayed by Google Play unless cancelled before renewal. Current U.S.-dollar Google Play terms:
| Family | Billing period | Introductory term | USD renewal price |

Automatic renewal and cancellation. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, tier and store unless you cancel before the renewal date. To avoid being charged after an introductory period, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancellation must be completed through the billing provider used for the purchase:
- iOS / App Store: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Web / link.me (Stripe): https://link.me/settings#subscription
- Android / Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions?package=com.linkme
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law or the billing provider’s policies. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, the Contest or the Sweepstakes.
